• Delivery is free on all order over €60 anywhere in Ireland.
• Orders less than €60 are charged at a flat rate of €5 anywhere in Ireland.
• Order anywhere outside of Ireland need to request a quote for shipping.

Our team continues to work very hard in compliance with social distancing measures to get your orders out as quickly and safely as possible. Please allow 3+ working days for delivery in Ireland.  For Northern Ireland and the UK, up to 14 working days. For delivery to the USA, Canada and rest of the world please allow up to 15 working days. We would like to thank you in advance for your patience, your purchase, and understanding.

Ireland: When ordering from Ireland your order will be sent via Fastway Couriers and will require a signature on delivery. It is useful to give a mobile number when placing your order and please include your Eircode if possible. Fastways will deliver Monday – Friday during business hours so a delivery address where someone is present during these hours is recommended, this may be a work/business address.

Shipping and Returns – Conditions of Returns

To make life as easy as possible, please be aware that we can only accept your goods if they are returned in accordance with this policy.

The goods must be returned unused, unwashed and unworn if applicable with all labels and tags left attached.  Goods need to be in there original unmarked and undamaged box.

Goods will not be accepted if they are returned in any other condition.

If you are eligible to receive your refund, we can only process a refund with a Returns Slip containing clear instructions of the refund or exchange required. If you do not have your Returns Slip or lost the original slip, please email info@duiskeglasskilkenny.ie and we will email you a new one.

As long as you send the goods back to us in accordance with the Conditions of Return, we will refund your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Please note that we are not responsible for the return costs.
